It’s no secret that the world inches toward its new existence as an uninhabitable ball of dust and fire. Humanity’s selfishness and stupidity pushed the planet right over the brink until there was no turning back. And then, rather than look after each other and try to make things as good as they can be given the deteriorating situation, folks just leaned into their worst natures until the plagues started spreading, the missiles started flying, and everything began dying. Civilization created the Wasteland and for ten missions, give or take, you and your friends have had a chance to explore it and make it your own.

Now, the story’s coming to its end. It’s time to turn out the lights. Time to shelve all the dick jokes and rampant vulgarity. We had a good time, but it’s time to go home and play Shadow of the Weird Wizard.
What? Just one more?

Well, okay. For you, sure. One more for the road. Setting the Controls for the Heart of the Sun marks the final mission in the campaign and, for now at least, the final product in the PunkApocalyptic: The RPG line. In this mission, the characters learn about some doomsday weapon the V Reich plans to deploy as the final solution to the mutant problem. It seems the V Reich won’t go quietly into the long night and plan to take everyone with them. It’s going to be a close thing, stopping these bastards, but if it happens, there might just be a shot at a brighter tomorrow. Nah. Fuck that.
